Shakira Canty · Operations & Systems
I build the operationsportalsautomationsAI agentssystems
businesses actually run on.
Client portals, team dashboards, coaching apps, workflow automation and AI agents for service-based founders, built so your business runs without you in every task.
Based in Atlanta. Working with founders everywhere.
Shakira Canty at the center of what every business needs: more leads, automations, client onboarding, CRM, SOPs and systems, reporting and KPIs, team workflows and AI agents.

- Workflow automation
- AI agents
- Event check-in systems
- Brand websites
- SOP hubs and team training
The work
Real problems, built into systems that run.
Client and studio builds. Client details stay private; the problems and the systems are real.

Coaching app · bilingual
Fitness coaching app, team build
A creator fitness business, running on its own app.
The problem and the build
- The problem
- Coaching, workouts, nutrition, payments and community lived in different places, which made a bilingual client base hard to serve and harder to grow.
- What we built
- A coaching app in English and Spanish: guided workouts, photo-to-macro nutrition tracking, billing, a member community and a coach dashboard that shows client trends and app activity at a glance.
- Coach dashboard
- Guided workouts
- Nutrition tracking
- Stripe billing
- Member community
- English and Spanish

Member portal · admin portal
Member portal for a faith-based organization
Enrollment, member resources and payments in one place.
The problem and what I built
- The problem
- A growing membership organization ran applications, member resources, payments and document delivery by hand across a website builder, a CRM and email.
- What I built
- A member portal with an admin side: application and onboarding flow, a member vault for resources and documents, payments and shipping connected, and roles instead of hardcoded names so the team can change without a rebuild.
- Member and admin portals
- Secure member data
- Stripe payments
- CRM connected
- Document generation

Team operations portal
One portal for a whole education team
Every client, every program, one source of truth.
The problem and what I built
- The problem
- Client records, program pipelines and team tasks were spread across spreadsheets and inboxes, so nobody had the full picture.
- What I built
- A team operations portal that tracks every client through each program pipeline, with the whole team working from one place. A 175-client pipeline was imported and running from day one.
- Kanban pipelines
- CSV import
- SLA tracking
- Audit log
- Dashboards
- CRM webhooks

Brand website · client and ops portals
shakiracanty.com
A front door that books calls and a back door where the work gets done.
The problem and what I built
- The problem
- My own business needed a site that books calls on its own, plus a private place where clients and my team can actually work.
- What I built
- A brand site with booking built in, plus an admin portal, client portals and an internal ops portal (company hub, SOPs, delivery checklist, templates) behind one login.
- Brand website
- Booking built in
- Client portals
- Ops portal
- SOP hub
- Invite-only access

Event check-in system
QR check-in for live events
No lines, no duplicates, VIP recognized at the door.
The problem and what I built
- The problem
- Live events with 100 to 200 attendees were checked in from spreadsheets at the door: slow lines, duplicate entries and no quick way to tell general admission from VIP.
- What I built
- A QR check-in system: a unique code per attendee delivered by email and text, a pass page with credential, schedule and entry QR, tier-aware confirmation at the door and double check-in prevention. Run at two live events.
- QR passes
- Email and SMS delivery
- Tiered admission
- Staff check-in
- CRM connected

AI platform · my own product
Ignitly
From "I want a business" to a first real step.
The problem and what I built
- The problem
- Would-be founders get stuck between wanting a business and knowing what to do first, and generic advice does not know them.
- What I built
- An AI platform that runs a discovery quiz, matches the person to business ideas that fit their skills and goals, and builds a launch plan with an AI coach that walks them through the first steps.
- Discovery quiz
- AI idea matching
- Launch plans
- AI coach
- Subscriptions

Marketing attribution system
Marketing data the team can finally trust
Closed naming rules across two brands, enforced by a link builder.
The problem and what I built
- The problem
- Campaign links were built by hand with no shared rules, so nobody could say with confidence which channels drove sales.
- What I built
- A tracking taxonomy with closed naming rules across two brands, branded reference guides for the team and a link builder that enforces the rules, with one owner approving every new code so the data stays clean.
- Tracking taxonomy
- Link builder
- Team reference guides
- Approval workflow
-
Workflow automation · real estate
Lead-to-close automation
Every lead followed up, from first inquiry to closing.
The problem and what I built
- The problem
- High-producing agents lose deals in the gaps: slow first replies, follow-ups that slip and handoffs that live in someone's head.
- What I built
- An automation flow for agents and their teams: instant lead response, follow-up sequences, clear pipeline stages and handoffs through closing, ready to adapt to any team's CRM.
- Instant lead response
- Follow-up sequences
- Pipeline stages
- Team handoffs

AI chief of staff · runs my business
Sage
My own chief of staff, built to run without me.
The problem and what I built
- The problem
- Business rules, decisions, SOPs and follow-ups all lived in my head, which is exactly the problem I solve for clients.
- What I built
- An AI chief of staff that holds my business rules, SOP register and decision log, sends a daily brief, runs the weekly ops review and chases follow-ups. I run it on my own business first, so I can build it for yours.
- Daily brief
- Decision log
- SOP register
- Weekly ops review
- Follow-up chasing
How I work
Operations before automation.
You can't automate a broken process. So I fix the process first, then build the system that keeps it running.
Where your operations sit
- In your head
- Documented
- Automated
- Runs without you
Keep scrolling. The dial moves as you read the process.
- 01
Audit
I get inside the operation and map how the work really moves today, where it breaks and what that costs you.
- 02
Blueprint
We design the process, the roles and the handoffs before anything gets built.
- 03
Build
I build the system: documented processes, workflows, portals and the AI agents that carry the repeat work.
- 04
Handover
I train your team the way a teacher would, with a plan they can follow. If your team can't run it without you, it isn't done.
The founder
Teacher first. Operator always.
I'm Shakira Canty, founder of Wealthy Intentionz and co-founder of Level Up Automations. I spent eight years as a special education teacher before I moved into operations, and most recently ran a growing education company as its COO: a team of 11 virtual assistants and 7 consultants, the client journey, and every process behind it.
That's still how I work. I get inside the operation, find what's breaking, and build the system that removes it: processes, portals, automation, AI agents. If your team can't run it without you, it isn't done.
